This article is a breakdown of how you can add vehicle pictures during the reservation process at pickup and return. The pictures uploaded on these reservation steps will appear on the Rental Agreement. Also, these images will be linked to the reservation and not the vehicle itself.

From Your Desktop / Laptop

Adding pictures to a reservation Navigate to the reservations table and select the reservation you would like to add images to. Locate Step 7 (Pickup) or Step 9 (Return).

Under theĀ ImagesĀ label, there are two buttons. The first one is the ā€œAdd Imageā€ button, highlighted in red in the picture below. This button will open up your picture folder so that you can select all the pictures you would like to upload to this reservation. The second button is the ā€œCameraā€ button, highlighted in red in the picture below. This button is useful when you are on your tablet as it will open the camera function so that you can take pictures of your vehicle and upload it on the spot.

Removing pictures from a reservation Navigate to the reservations table and select the reservation you would like to remove images from. In Step 7 (Pickup) or Step 9 (Return), under theĀ Images label, you will see pictures uploaded to the reservation. Next, to the pictures that you uploaded, there is a blue ā€œNo entry signā€ button, highlighted in red in the picture below.Ā This button will delete the uploaded image.

Step 1 - Navigate to the reservations table by tapping on the reservations button located on the bottom menu or from the main side menu.

Step 2 - Select the reservation.

Step 3 - Select the pickup or return step.

Step 4 - Select the upload files button.

Step 5 - Select the option you prefer from Camera or Gallery.

Step 6 - Take or select the files and press Save.

Your files will upload to the reservation and appear on steps 7 or 9 as well as on the Rental Agreement.
