HQ offers a dashboard to view your reservation attempts. Reservation attempts are all reservations started and abandoned by your customers.
The Attempts Dashboard provides an overview of Reservation Attempts. From this dashboard, you can view total attempt conversions, total failed attempts, and the conversion rate during a specific period of time.
This is the total of attempts that converted into reservations during the selected period.
The total of attempts that did not convert during that selected period.
The percentage of the conversion rate during the selected period.
You can change the period that you would like to view with these 2 steps:
Step 1
Click the date on the top right corner of the screen, as shown in the picture below, highlighted in red.
Step 2
Next, select the period you wish to show. When the dates appear, click the green “Apply” button. The system also has some default periods for you to choose from.
