The system uses vehicle classes to manage availability. If you have multiple locations under the same company branch and want to set specific availability for each location, you can enable the "Availability Per Location" feature.

Before setting up Availability per Location, the following points must be considered:

• Location Restrictions: When enabled, vehicle availability, pickups, and returns will be restricted to the vehicle's assigned location.
• Existing Reservations: Ensure all existing reservations have assigned vehicles before enabling this feature. Please contact us if you have any questions or issues.
• No-Show Configuration: Set up your No-Show options to prevent incomplete reservations from the past from affecting availability. Refer to this instruction section for setup details.
• Incompatibility with One-Way Rentals: Note that "Availability per Location" is not compatible with one-way rentals (return location different from pickup location, but vehicle availability to continue to be in the original location).
• Future Vehicle Relocations: Be aware that "Availability Per Location" does not work with future vehicle relocations. Minimize relocations to avoid potential overbooking, as relocations affect the fleet location in the future but do not impact future availability.
• Vehicle Assignment: choose between automatic or manual vehicle assignment. Using both methods simultaneously can lead to overbooking issues.
• Future Reservations Location: Vehicles assigned to reservations at different locations will be considered part of that new location and can be reserved for future use there.
• Custom locations: Custom locations do not work with the Availability Per Location feature. These locations are not considered actual physical locations in the system and don’t have assigned vehicles, so they are excluded from availability calculations for specific locations.
• OTA connections: Note that availability per location validations can be bypassed when creating reservations through OTA connections such as Nextcar (Rent a Wreck), Rezpower (ACE), CRX, Turo, and email parser connections. Proper configuration on the OTA's side is necessary to prevent availability issues.
