We are excited to announce that HQ Rental Software has partnered with Axle to offer you instant insurance verification for your renters. Axle works with a range of rental car companies today - including Hertz, Turo and hundreds of independent rental car companies.
With this new integration, you can now streamline your rental process and ensure that your renters have the appropriate insurance coverage, preventing up to $5 of unrecovered loss per rental day and hours on the phone with insurance carriers.

Based on your preferences, you have the option to automatically send an Axle insurance verification link to your renter upon booking confirmation. Your renter will be directed to log into their insurance provider using Axle to retrieve their policy information. Once the process is completed, HQ Rental Software will inform you of the outcome and include the verification details in the reservation and renter records.
Once verified, in the reservation the rental agent can review the information of the policy.
