
Revenue Based on Returns
The Revenue Based on Returns report provides revenue data based on completed reservations.

- By default, revenue is counted when the reservation is completed, meaning it is included if the return date falls within the selected period. Typically used for reporting recognized revenue after service completion.
- For example: using the date selector to pick the first week in March and a reservation started in February but ended on March 3rd, the full reservation revenue is counted in March.
- ✅ Start date before selection, return date within selection → Full reservation revenue counted.
- ✅ Start and return within selection → Full reservation revenue counted.
- ❌ Start date within selection, return date before or after selection → Not counted.
- To cross-check the revenue amount, you can go to the reservations table, and apply the following filters:
Status
is in list Completed
Outstanding Balance
is equal to 0
Return date Between
: the dates period
- The filter
Column for Date Filter
can be applied: Creation Date, Pickup Date, Return Date (default).
Revenue per Payment Option
The Revenue per Payment Option report displays all the payments, divided into payment types. The information for this report comes from the payments section of the system.
