This Car Rental page is where you can manage the settings for your car rental. This is also where you can find the details of the statuses on the reservations page. There are 16 tabs in this settings page, which include Settings, Charges & Fees, Long Term & Renewals, Text Settings, Emails, Forms, Quote Builder, Online Charges, Reports, Dashboards, Daily Manifest, Signature, Signature Pages, Cancellation Reasons, Integrations and Advanced.
Where can I find the Car Rental Settings page?
This page is located under the Car Rental category in the settings, highlighted in dark blue in the picture below.
You can change the tabs by clicking on the different tabs on the top of the page, highlighted in red in the picture below.
This category includes many sections: Extra Features, Currencies, Rates & Days Calculation, Availability, Default Values, Public Reservations, Distance Limit, and Driver Settings. You can expand the sections by clicking the title of the sections, highlighted in red in the picture below.
This section lets you manage the settings for the reservation process as well as allows you to enable extra features such as packages and commission partners. Here is also where to customize the pickup and return location.
This section lets you manage the settings of the currencies that your company accepts. Here is where you can set the default currency that the system will use and what currencies you support and charge.
