Company branches are useful for businesses with multiple locations where each branch manages its own fleet. This setup impacts vehicle availability since each branch operates its fleet independently. Availability is not shared between branches, meaning a vehicle in one branch cannot be available in another unless a secondary vehicle class is used.

Where can I find this page?

This page is located in the settings under the Fleet category (Settings → Fleet → Branches), as shown in the picture below.

Clicking on each branch opens a new page where you can manage its settings.

How to add a new company branch?

Click the blue Add Branch located on the top right of the page, highlighted in red in the picture below.

Once you click the button, the Add Branch page will appear. This page has five sections: Branch Overview, Financial Specifications, Advanced Branch Settings, Text Settings, and Online Bookings. You can expand or hide each section by clicking on their titles.
