This article is a step by step breakdown on how to enable contact business rules. When you enable this setting, you can set different rules that your regular customers can get such as automated discounts or special pricing for the vehicle classes.
Firstly, navigate to Settings → Car Rental as shown in the picture below highlighted in dark blue.
Next, select “Yes” under “Enable Contact Business Rules” as shown in the picture below highlighted in red.
Lastly, click on the blue “Save” button located at the bottom of the page.
Now navigate to your customer’s profile by going to Customers → Selecting the particular customer highlighted in dark blue and red in the picture below.
