With HQRS, you can add as many different languages that you would like to target a bigger audience. The system selects an email language based on where your customer is currently at.

Example

If they are based in an English-speaking country, the email that the system will send to them will be in English.

By default, the system comes with 3 languages enabled:

Where can I find email languages settings?

You can set up your different email languages by navigating to Settings → Car Rental → Car Rental → Emails tab highlighted in red in the picture below.

There, by navigating to Settings → Emails Language, you can set the language of the emails as shown below

There are different email tabs that you can use to customize your template, these are Confirmation, Commission Partner, Quotes, Payments, Payment Requests, and Others. Under each of these email tabs, you will find settings as well as email subject and content input fields.
