HQ can automatically import reservations by parsing the reservation emails sent by different booking channels. The email will need to be sent to a dedicated email address that is linked to your HQ account. HQ will then copy the customer and rental information into the system and create a reservation.

Please note that this is not a two-way integration. HQ cannot send rates and vehicle availability through this “integration method”.
