Step 1: Create a New Season:
- Go to Settings → Car Rental → Seasons. Add Season and Name the new season Fallback.
- This season must be in the past to prevent it from interfering with current or future bookings.
- This season can last one day

Step 2: Create Fallback Rates for Each Vehicle Class
- Create or Import Fallback Rates:
- Go to Settings → Car Rental → Seasons. Create or import them into the system.
- Ensure each vehicle class has a defined fallback rate.
Step 3: Configure System Settings for Fallback
- Access System Settings:
- Go to Settings → Car Rental → Rates & Days Calculation.
- Set Fallback Season and Rates:
- Find the setting for Fallback Season for not Found Seasons and select the Fallback season.
- Find the setting for Fallback for not Found rates and set it to use the fallback rates you created.
