The “Fleet Dashboard” provides an overview of fleet utilization per vehicle class by comparing days on rent to total rental days.

To change the period of time you want to view in the Fleet Dashboard, follow these two steps:

Step 1

Select the date range at the top right corner of the Fleet Dashboard screen.

Step 2

When the date options appear, select the desired period and click the "Apply" button. The system also offers default time periods for your convenience.

You can sort the columns by clicking on the column header.

• Vehicle class: This column shows the different vehicle classes you have configured in the system.
• Total Vehicles: This column displays the number of vehicles per vehicle class. Vehicles will appear in this column if their "Vehicle Entry Date" value is set before the selected date range.
• Total Bookings: This column displays the total number of bookings where vehicles of a specific vehicle class were on rent during the specified date range.
• Days on Rent: This column displays the number of days the vehicles of a specific class were rented during the selected date range.
