To set up your Geotab connection please create a support ticket with the subject “Enable Geotab Vehicle Integration”. The HQ support team will assist with setting Enable Hardware Integration option ****to Yes.
After receiving the confirmation from the support team, select the Geotab Adapter option in Settings > Fleet > Telematics Integration.
Complete the Geotab Username and Geotab Password in their corresponding fields.
If you have a Geotab database and custom Geotab URL, fill in these fields too.
After adding the Geotab credentials, you can verify the connection by navigating to the Telematics page and checking if the telematics data populates for each vehicle.
The mapping is automatic but not instant. If after 1 day there is still no telematics data, you can map manually by going to Fleet → Vehicles and selecting one option from the Hardware ID dropdown.
