HQ Credits is the prepaid balance your account uses to pay for usage-based features, starting with SMS.

Two things have changed:

  1. You can now buy credits yourself, with the card already on file — no need to contact us.
  2. Every credit movement is now listed in a history table, so you can see exactly what was bought and what was spent.

Note: what used to be called your SMS balance is now HQ Credits. It's the same balance — your current amount carried over automatically. The new name reflects that credits will cover more than SMS over time.

Where to find it

Go to Settings. Your balance is shown in the button at the top right, and the HQ Credits tab holds your full history.

You need the Settings permission to buy credits or view the history.

Buying credits

  1. In Settings, click your HQ Credits balance at the top right.
  2. Choose Buy Credits.
  3. Pick a preset amount — $10, $25, $50 or $100 — or type any amount between $10 and $500
  4. Check the card shown under Charged to, then click Pay.
