How it works

Customer Credits is a feature that lets you create a deductible account for your customers. This feature lets you settle your customers’ outstanding balances for their bookings. You can also process refunds in customer credits.

Customer Credits are tracked inside a tab on each contact. Below you will find the step-by-step process to enable this feature.

Enable Customer Credits

First, you need to Enable Customer Credits.

Navigate Settings → Car Rental → Find the option Enable Customer Credits? → set it to Yes

Next, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the blue “Save” button.

Set Up Customer Credits as Payment and Refund Methods

To be able to use Customer Credits as a payment method or a refund method, you must first add Customer Credits as payment refund and Refund method for Customer Credits.

To do so, navigate to Settings → Car Rental and find the options:
