This article will show you how to set up the DNR list. Contacts that are on this list will not be able to create a reservation in your system.

How To Set Up Do Not Rent (DNR) List

Step 1

First, add the DNR contact category in Settings → Contacts → Add Category

You can copy the info below and then click “Save”

Now the DNR list should be displayed in your Contact Categories in Settings → Contacts

Step 2

Now, navigate to Settings →Car Rental → Advanced →”Do Not Rent” section

Scroll down to the”Do Not Rent” section
