Micro-SIM Card

Step 1 - Insert SIM card into the tracking device

<aside> ☝ In most cases we will ship the devices to you with the SIM card pre-installed, so you can skip this step.

There is a black slip on the side of the device that can be opened; this is where the SIM card should be inserted. Make sure that you are using the Micro-SIM (middle option). Also, be careful not to break the SIM card tray.

Step 2 - Insert tracking device into OBDII port

If you are not sure where to locate the OBDII port inside the vehicle, you can watch this Youtube video. Once the devices are connected they will be visible in HQ automatically. Make sure that vehicles have the VIN number filled out in HQ, seeing as this is used to map the device with the vehicle.
