This article is a step by step breakdown of limiting vehicle class upgrades in a reservation.

We set the limit according to a hierarchy in your vehicle classes.

Step 1

First, you will need to create a field in your vehicle class form, where the hierarchy will be set. Navigate to Settings → Fleets → Forms. As shown in the image below.

Then, a new page will appear with the different forms related to the fleet. Click on the “Vehicle Class Form.”

Step 2

In addition, we need to create a new section by clicking, dragging, and dropping to the middle of the screen.

Once we create the section it will look like the image below. The section can be renamed by clicking on the wrench icon located at the top right-hand corner of the screen. A new box will pop up; create its name in the Label field.
