The maintenance module allows configuring maintenance alerts across your entire fleet, covering all types of maintenance. These alerts are presented in the Maintenance table, and users can also receive email notifications for pending maintenance.
You have the option to create a repair order to address the required maintenance for each maintenance alert or skip it.
To find the maintenance table, navigate to Fleet → Maintenance, as shown in the picture below.

The system automatically generates pending maintenance entries in the Maintenance table. For this, you first need to configure Maintenance Types (see Maintenance Types setup here).
Once maintenance types are created in the system, the system will periodically run a command that checks what vehicles need maintenance. That command will create pending maintenance by checking pending relationships between vehicles and maintenance types.
After the pending maintenance is generated, you can create repair orders to schedule and complete these tasks.
