Maintenance Settings
To configure the maintenance and repair order settings, navigate to Settings → Fleet → Maintenance.

There are three main tabs on the Maintenance Settings page.
- General Settings - This is the tab where you can configure the Repair Order and the Maintenance settings.
- Maintenance Types - This is the tab where you can add and manage Maintenance Types.
- Damage Types - This is the tab where you can add Damage Types.
General Settings
Under the general settings tab, you will find two different sections:
- Repair Orders
- Maintenance Alerts
Repair Orders Section

- Enable Repair Order When Car is on Rent – Allows repair orders to be added to vehicles on rental status.
- Use Amounts in Repair Orders – The repair order has an expense recording system, you can disable it by selecting ‘No’ on this option.
- Amount of Parts is Mandatory? – If enabled, users must specify the cost of parts in the repair entry.
