HQ is seamlessly integrated with Moovetrax. This integration allows your fleet telematic data to sync between HQ and Moovetrax.

How to connect

To connect your HQ account with Moovetrax simply follow these steps:

Create a support ticket with the title “Enable Moovetrax Integration”. The support team will assist with enabling the hardware integration module.

A new tab called “Moovetrax Devices” will appear in Fleet, where all VINs along with their corresponding Moovetrax keys must be added.

Once completed, the device can be assigned to the vehicle with the same VIN, and it will automatically retrieve the vehicle data.

How to import devices

To import Moovetrax devices in bulk, follow these steps:

1. Contact Moovetrax Support. Request an export for your fleet. VINs and API keys for your vehicles.
2. Moovetrax Support will provide an Excel (.xlsx) file containing all necessary information, including the VINs and API keys for your devices.

1. Navigate to Settings → Fleet → Moovetrax Devices.
2. Click on the "Import" button in the top right corner of the Moovetrax Devices section.
