Overturn time is the period between the time when a rental is returned by one customer and the time when it is ready to be rented out again to the next customer. When configured, the vehicles that are returned will not be able to be rented out immediately, depending on the number of hours set.

Overturn hours can be configured on different levels:

Case 1: Overturn time in the Car Rental Settings section

To set overturn hours in the Car Rental settings section for internal and public bookings in the system, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Car Rental → Settings.

  1. Scroll down to the “Availability” section and set the required hours in the "Overturn Time in Hours (Internal Bookings)" field for internal bookings and “Overturn Time in Hours” field for public bookings.

  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and press the “Save” button.

Case 2: Overturn time for relocations in the Charges & Fees section

To set overturn hours for relocations in the charges & fees section for internal and public bookings in the system, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Car Rental → Charges & Fees.
