This article is a step-by-step breakdown of how to prevent bookings during closed hours. In doing this, the system will not allow your customers to make a booking if the times they select do not fall under your location’s opening hours. There are two ways to prevent bookings, either by location or globally.
Step 1
Set up your fleet location’s opening hours by navigating to “Settings → Fleet → Fleet Locations”.
Step 2
Click on the specific location you want to set up closed hours for.
Step 3
If there is no open hour block, click on the blue “Add New Open Hour Block” button, fill out your location's opening hours, and press the Save button at the bottom of the page.
