The Rate Calendar lets you manage your rental prices from a single calendar screen. Vehicle classes run down the left, days run across the top, and every cell is the price of one vehicle class on one day. Set your standard prices once, then click on the days that should cost more or less and type the new price.

What you can do with it

• Set a standard price for every vehicle class across a whole date range in one step.
• Change the price of specific days (weekends, holidays, local events, high season) by selecting them and typing a new price.
• Charge a different price per rate type (corporate, promotions) and per pickup location.
• Give discounts for longer rentals with decreasing rates.
• See a whole month of pricing at a glance, with an optional color view.

This does not change how your bookings are priced. It is a faster, clearer screen for entering and maintaining the same prices you set today.

• If you already price with Seasons, do not switch on your own. Your current seasons and the prices on your open reservations need to be reviewed first, so contact us and we will plan the move with you.

Where to find it

Step 1: Create your calendar

1. Click Create Calendar Season.

1. Fill in the form:
   • Brand - the brand these prices belong to.
   • Calendar Name - anything that helps you recognize it, for example "2027 Rates".
   • Date Start and Date End - the period this calendar covers. It can cover up to about 2 years, and it cannot start on a date in the past.
   • Minimal / maximum rental period in days and hours, if you want to limit how short or how long a rental on these dates can be. You can change these later.
   • Active - leave it on so the prices apply to bookings.
2. Tick Set base rates per vehicle class and enter your standard Hourly or Daily price for each class. These are applied to every day of the calendar automatically. Leave a class empty if you prefer to price it later.
