The Rates per Location feature allows you to implement pricing strategies based on the different locations in your system. This is especially useful if your rental company operates across different regions and needs to assign varying prices based on locations.

To enable the “Rates per Location” feature, please follow the steps indicated below:

Step 1

Navigate to Settings → Car Rental → Settings tab.

Step 2

Under the “Rates & Days Calculations” section, set “Enable Rates per Location” option to “Yes” and press on the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.

Step 3

Once this setting is activated, the “Locations” field will appear when adding a new rate and on each Rate page. This option will allow you to add specific locations to which a rate should apply.
