When a vehicle requires servicing, a repair order can be generated to initiate and track the necessary work. A repair order can be generated from the recurring maintenance alert, or it may be created as needed.

The Repair Orders table shows a list of all the repair orders that you have created in the system. You can find this page by navigating to Fleet → Repair Orders as shown in the picture below.

How do I create a new Repair Order?

Repair Orders can be manually created from the following places in the system:

• “Repair Orders” table by clicking on the “Add Repair Order” button

• From each vehicle by clicking on the Repair Order tab and then pressing the “Create Repair Order” button

• From the Maintenance Table by clicking on the Tool option of each maintenance located in the Actions column.
