Test Order

In order to make sure the device meets your requirements, we generally recommend starting by placing a test order of 1-2 units. Once you are satisfied with the device, we can process a bulk order.

Return Policy

While we thrive to provide our customers with the highest quality products, at times the devices might not work as expected or may not meet your expectations.

In the event that you are unsatisfied with our product, you can contact us within 15 days of receiving the product. We will not be able to take back devices after 15 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received in and in its original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your HQ account in the form of a credit toward your subscription.

Replacement

In order to help you resolve issues with the product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit before taking any decision on the replacement.

If our troubleshooting is unsuccessful, then we will offer a free replacement. Please note, that this will only be applicable within 15 days of receipt of the item.

Shipping Fees

The shipping fees will be calculated based on your order quantity. After placing the order, we will generate an invoice and include the shipping fees.

In case of a return, you are responsible for paying the shipping fees.

In case of a replacement, the shipping fees will be added as a credit to your account.
