Overview

SES Hospedajes is the new platform in Spain for registering traveler information. Starting on 2nd December 2024, vehicle rental companies are obliged to inform through this platform:

• Vehicle rental reservations
• Pickups of vehicle rental reservations

There are two ways to inform SES Hospedajes:

• Export XML file from HQ and import manually in SES Hospedajes
• HQ sends reservations and pickups automatically to SES Hospedajes

We recommend first exporting manual XML uploads, once it is confirmed with 5 reservations, then setting up the automatic sync. Below are the steps to set it up.

Step 1 - Create an account in SES Hospedajes

Go to SES Hospedajes. As a pre-requisite, it is necessary to have a digital certificate or be registered in the Cl@ve system.

Register the vehicle rental establishment.
