This Seasons page is where you can add the different seasons that your company uses. For example, peak season and non-peak season or summer and winter. For each season that you create, you can set a specific rate.
<aside> ☝ If your company does not use seasons, you should simply create one season that consists of a full year.

Where can I find the Seasons page?
This page is located under the Car Rental category in the settings, highlighted in dark blue in the picture below.
Firstly, click the blue “Add Season” button located on the top right of the Seasons page.
You can add as many seasons as you would like, however, do note that the seasons can’t overlap each other as it will cause an error with the system because the system would not know which rate to adhere to.
Once you click the button, a new page will appear. Fill in all the necessary details and click the blue “Save” button, highlighted in red in the picture below, to save the season once you are done.
You have the option to deactivate a season at any given point so that it will no longer be applied to reservations, and you can manage simple rates that are consistent all year long. When you deactivate a season, it doesn’t affect existing bookings.
To deactivate a season simply navigate to settings → seasons → select the season you wish to deactivate → set the ‘Active?’ setting to No
