Step 1
Navigate to Settings → Car Rental → Charges & Fees, Cancellation & No Show Fees section as shown in the pictures below.


Step 2
Next, add the amount you would like to charge your customers for Cancellation and/or No Show Fees. There are the following options:
- No Show Interval in Hours: Set the number of hours to trigger the no-show
- Time Interval to Allow Online Cancellations: The time in advance your customers can cancel
- No Show Fee: The value you want to charge for No Show based on the No Show Fee Type
- No Show Fee Type: 4 options for fee type; Fixed, Per Day, Percentage of the Reservation, and Days of the Reservations
- Cancellation Fee: The value you want to charge for Cancellations based on the Cancellation Fee Type
- Cancellation Fee Type: 4 options for fee type; Fixed, Per Day, Percentage of the Reservation, and Days of the Reservations
- No Show Penalty for Commission Partners: You can set a custom No Show Penalty for bookings that you received through a Commission Partner
- Cancellation Penalty for Commission Partners: You can set a custom Cancellation Penalty for bookings that you received through a Commission Partner
- Allow Customers to Cancel Bookings Online: Allow your customers to cancel their bookings
- Cancellation Reason is Mandatory?: Allows to set the cancellation reason to be mandatory when canceling a reservation
- Enable Cancellation Reasons for Online Booking Cancellations: This option enables a Cancellation modal in the online booking process, prompting users to add their Cancellation Reason (if any) and a comment. This data will then show up in the cancellation details in Step 10.
