How to check if your vehicles are compatible with Smartcar

Go to Settings → Fleet → Vehicle Integration, Select Smartcar under “Hardware Driver” and then click “Check Fleet Compatibility”.

A window will pop up with Smartcar’s and HQ Integration information; now click on “Check Fleet Compatibility”.

A confirmation message will appear on the screen; after a couple of minutes, you can check your email for a message with 2Smartcar + HQ Review Completed” as the subject; you’ll find a list of how many vehicles are compatible with each Smartcar feature.

How to integrate your HQ System with Smartcar

Step 1

Go to Settings → Fleet → Vehicle Integration, Select Smartcar under “Hardware Driver” and then click “Check Fleet Compatibility”.

Step 2

Once the window with the Smartcar information pops up, click on “Connect with Smartcar”.
