HQ Rental Software is integrated with Stripe for both online and in-person payment transactions. This integration allows you to seamlessly process online payments and card-present payments with various Stripe card readers, and these payments are automatically synced into HQ and Stripe per reservation.

Stripe Online Payments

With the Stripe integration, you can process online payments via your internal and public booking process by inputting card information.

Stripe In-Person Payments

In addition to online payments, you can process payments with countertop and mobile card readers. You can also use an iPhone as a reader to process in-person payments.

Please continue reading below the step-by-step guide to get started with Stripe.

Step 1 - Signup with Stripe

To set up Stripe, you must first sign up with Stripe and enable the Stripe integration in your HQ account. Please create a support ticket requesting the Stripe integration, and our team will guide you through the signup process.

<aside> 🗣 Important Note - If you already have a Stripe account set up and connected, and you create a new account to be able to acquire card readers, our support team will assist you with your existing data.

After you have successfully signed up with Stripe in HQ, two Stripe adapters will be automatically added to the Payment Gateways Screen.
