<aside> ☝ To Enable CarSync, please create a support ticket, using the help icon (?) on your HQ account, and request our team to enable the CarSync integration. Our support team will enable the integration, and they will provide you with the User credentials needed to connect to CarSync.

How to Connect with CarSync

Please follow the steps below to connect to Carsync.

Step 1 - Enable the CarSync Integration on your HQ Account

Please create a support ticket requesting to enable the Carsync integration. Our support team will enable the integration, and they will provide you with:

Step 2 - Set Up the Connection on your CarSync Account

Login to your CarSync account. Find the option to connect to HQ Rentals, and fill in the user details provided by our support team from the previous step. Click on Connect, and that’s it! Your HQ Rental Software account is now connected to CarSync.
