HQ Rental Software offers various public iFrames, like the reservations one, which you can easily integrate into your website using snippets. Here's the step-by-step on how to complete this setup.

Step 1 – Navigate to Branch Settings

Navigate to settings → Fleets → Branches → select your Branch

On the far right, you will see a section titled Website Integration. You have a set of snippets available that you can copy and paste onto your website. Please note that these snippets are available per branch.

Step 2 – Copy Snippet

Now you may copy the Snippet of the iFrame you would like to integrate on your website.

• Reservations Form - This is to setup the booking form on your home page. This form will contain all the fields included on step 1 of the booking process, and will take the user to step 2 of the reservations process.
• Reservations - This one is for the reservations process from step 1 to step 6.
• My Reservations - ****This allows customers with an existing booking to log in and review the booking.
• Quotes Snippet - To enable quotes on your website.
• Packages Quotes Snippet – To enable packages quotes on your website.
• Payment Requests Snippet – To enable payment requests on your website.
• Calendar - This allows customers to book using the calendar instead of step 1, and they are taken to Step 3 (Extras).
• Class Calendar - ****This allows customers to book using the calendar instead of step 1, and they are taken to Step 3 (Extras). You can add the attribute data-class here to specify the vehicle class that you want to show on the calendar.
