When Vehicle Relocations are processed in the system, the vehicle's current location is changed from one location to another.

To process vehicle relocations, follow these steps:

Step 1

Go to Fleet → Vehicles and select the vehicle you would like to relocate.

Step 2

Click on the “Relocations” tab and press the “Relocate Vehicle” button located at the top-right corner of the vehicle screen.

Step 3

Once the “Relocate Vehicle” button is clicked, the “Relocate Vehicle” modal will show up. In this modal, fill in the relocation information in the “Relocation Date”, “Relocation Time”, “To”, “Odometer”, “Fuel Level”, and “Reason” fields and press the “Save” button to process the vehicle relocation.

<aside> 💡 When "Availability per Location" is enabled and a relocation is processed, the system increases the availability at the new location by one unit and decreases the availability at the original location by one unit.
