The feature allows you to print vehicle tags for a standard key tag size. When this feature is enabled, a default vehicle tag will become available containing the following information:
Your rental agents will be able to use the HQ mobile app scanner or their phone's camera to scan the QR codes on the tags, and they'll be taken to the return screen for a faster check-in if the vehicle is on rental. If the vehicle is not linked to an active reservation, then when scanning they'll quickly access vehicle details screen where they can register relocations and update the vehicle's status.
First, navigate to Settings → Fleet → General Settings
Then, scroll down to the Vehicles Scanning section, and under Enable Option to Print Vehicle Tags click on Yes.
Navigate to the vehicles table, select the vehicles you want to print a tag for (some or all). Then, click on the hamburger menu button.
