This page provides an outline of WHAT is possible with HQ's accounting integration. This applies to Quickbooks and Xero.

Preparation

Before starting on the configurations, the HQ support agent needs to make sure the accounting system is completely set up, and it's not just a new account without any structure yet. It's advisable that the rental company works with an accountant to set up their bookkeeping system; HQ can't help with this.

The following questions need to be answered before starting:

<aside> ❗ 1- Only invoices created after the accounting integration is configured fully will be synced. None of the past invoices will be synced with the accounting platform.

2- Multicurrency is not supported, the currency used in the HQ system should be the same as the currency used in the accounting integration system.
