After creating maintenance types in the system, you can set up recurring maintenance for each vehicle in the "Maintenance History" table. This table is located under the Edit tab on each vehicle page, found in the right corner of the screen.

This table displays all maintenance types associated with the vehicle, including the “Last Service At” column showing when the last service was performed, and the “Next Service At” column indicating when the next one is due. You can update or add maintenance types directly from this table as needed. When a vehicle is first created, its maintenance history is initially empty.

The key advantage of the Maintenance History table is its clear display of when the last service was completed and when the next one is scheduled. The vehicle's maintenance history is updated once the corresponding repair order associated with a specific vehicle is completed.

Step 1 - Go to the Vehicle Page

Go to Fleet → Vehicles → Edit Tab → Maintenance History section and click the “Add” button.

Step 2 - Add Maintenance

After pressing the “Add” button, in the “Add Maintenance” modal, you can define the “Maintenance Type”, “Date of Last Maintenance”, “Odometer at Last Maintenance”, “Rented Days Without Maintenance” and “Total Maintenance” fields related to the recurring maintenance being added. The maintenance alert calculations using dates and distance driven are based on these inputs.
